What is this platform for?
This platform gives every registered voter in Spokane’s 3rd Legislative District a direct voice in how I vote and which bills I introduce. It’s designed to make representation transparent, accountable, and driven by the people — not political insiders.
How do the Voter Engagement Questionnaires work?
During each voting window, you’ll log in to your verified account and answer a series of issue‑based questions. Once the window closes, I support the position that receives 50% + 1. Your majority becomes my vote.
Who can participate?
Any registered voter in Spokane’s 3rd Legislative District. Accounts are verified monthly against the state voter rolls to ensure only real constituents take part.
How do I submit a bill idea?
During designated submission windows — posted publicly on this site — any registered voter can submit a bill idea. After the window closes, all ideas move into a community voting process. The top proposals become the bills I sponsor.
Do you filter or edit bill ideas before they go to a vote?
No. I don’t act as a gatekeeper. Every idea submitted by a registered voter moves forward to the community vote. My role is to carry forward the ideas that earn the strongest support.
How many bills will you sponsor each session?
Up to twenty bills per legislative session — all chosen by the community through the voting process.
How do you ensure the system is secure?
Accounts are verified weekly against Washington State’s voter registration database. This prevents bots, outsiders, and special interests from influencing results. Only real constituents can participate.
Are the results public?
Yes. All poll and questionnaire results are publicly visible. Anyone can see exactly how the district voted and how those results translate into my actions in Olympia.
Why are you doing this?
Because too many elected officials stop listening once they’re in office. This model flips that dynamic. The people lead. The representative follows. It’s a way to rebuild trust, increase participation, and make government responsive again.
Does donating give anyone extra influence?
No. Donations help keep the platform running, but they never influence votes, priorities, or decisions. Every constituent has equal power — one verified account, one voice.
What if I disagree with the majority?
Your voice still matters. Every vote contributes to the final outcome, and every idea gets a fair shot. This system ensures decisions reflect the will of the district as a whole, not the preferences of a single representative. If I submit a Bill myself and the voters of the 3rd district disagree, I WILL VOTE WITH MY CONSTITUENTS!
